I have worked with Jim Frost and Frost Homes on two major projects. The first was a complete renovation of a heritage house with a budget of $200,000. The second was the new construction of a Heritage designated Coach House.
Both projects required extreme attention to city bylaws, permitting, working with architects and countless trades. Jim is meticulous and well organized in his oversight of the project and coordination of trades and timelines. He pays excellent attention to the budget and to keeping the job "on budget and on time." He is punctual and attends the jobsite daily. He always answers his phone! His cheery demeanor with everyone involved always made the workplace a positive, pleasant place even when things were difficult.
