Max & Jim Frost originally started Frost Homes in Vancouver, BC over 40 years ago. The company is now comprised of Max and 2 of his sons, Devin Frost and Jamie Frost. FH is now based on Bowen Island where we have been building quality homes, on Bowen and in the Lower Mainland, for over 25 years.

Mission Statement

Frost Homes is committed to building you a top quality home for a fair price, with accountability throughout your project. Jim and Max will work with you, your architect, and designer to create a clear scope of work, a budget that suits your needs, and a realistic schedule. They both have a “hands on” approach, from excavation to final inspection, with cost and budget updates as the project progresses. They keep careful records of all purchases and trades' invoices, so there is transparency from start to finish. After over 30 years in the construction industry they have a group of highly skilled trades they are able to draw on, and relationships with a wide variety of architects and designers they work with.
