The Partners

Jim and Max Frost are brothers who have been in the construction industry for over 30 years. They have experience with everything from sundecks and smaller residential projects, to renovations of heritage houses, and every stage of new home construction. They also have done extensive commercial projects, ranging from upgrades to restaurants, extended care facilities, financial institutions, offices and warehouses.

Starting in 2002, they successfully planned, built, and sold a variety of houses on Bowen Island. Currently, their expertise ranges from Craftsman style homes to West Coast Contemporary, on Bowen Island and throughout the Lower Mainland. Some of these are featured in our gallery on this site. Mission Statement

Frost Homes is committed to building you a top quality home for a fair price, with accountability throughout your project. Jim and Max will work with you, your architect, and designer to create a clear scope of work, a budget that suits your needs, and a realistic schedule. They both have a “hands on” approach, from excavation to final inspection, with cost and budget updates as the project progresses. They keep careful records of all purchases and trades' invoices, so there is transparency from start to finish. After over 30 years in the construction industry they have a group of highly skilled trades they are able to draw on, and relationships with a wide variety of architects and designers they work with.
